Integrated Care Discovery Sessions
At the Centre for Integrated Care, we are passionate about learning and sharing knowledge, experience and strategies with like minded individuals whose mission is to integrate systems and remove barriers to advance people-centred care. You are invited to attend and inspire, collaborate, and explore implementation strategies for operationalizing Models of Integrated Care with your own local environment.

When are sessions held and how do I register?
Sessions are arranged quarterly or more frequently based on demand. They typically run 3 hours in length with the option to attend virtually or in person (space permitting).
