Dr. Carolyn Gosse, B.Sc.Phm., ACPR, PharmD
Dr. Carolyn Gosse is an internationally renowned leader in the development and adoption of New Models of Care. Since 2011, she led the implementation of the Integrated Comprehensive Care (ICC) project for the St. Joseph’s Health System (SJHS), funded by Ontario’s Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, which has since been widely implemented across the province.
Dr. Gosse is a LEAN certified, business and clinical change management expert, with a series of research publication credits to date. She is a trusted advisor to various government and health service provider organizations and sits on numerous provincial advisory panels and change initiatives.
Currently, Dr. Gosse serves as Clinical Vice President for Home Care and Seniors Care at the University Health Network. She also serves as an Affiliate System Fellow with the Centre for Integrated Care (CIC).
