In her role as Director, Community Partnerships & Transformation for the St. Joseph’s Health System – a national leader in integrated care and one of the largest health care organizations in Canada operating seven sites across five cities – she support policy, strategy and innovative partnerships across St. Joe’s partners.
What motivates your work in integrated care?
The future of health system delivery will depend on our ability to transform and break down existing silos into one continuum of care. Integrated care is the glue that can help us get there.
