Long-Term Care Data
Collecting and analyzing data over time is essential to understanding the impact of care and tracking patient outcomes. Our evidence-driven approach though the development of a long-term care data platform informs continuous improvements in care delivery, ensuring that innovations are sustainable, scalable, and responsive to the evolving needs of health systems and the people they serve.
A research initiative that best exemplifies this approach is OnSPARK, Canada’s largest long-term care data-sharing network. OnSPARK empowers long-term care homes with near real-time insights to support quality improvement, research, and policy innovation.

OnSPARK (Ontario Supporting Partnerships to Advance Care and Knowledge) is a sector-governed, multi-institution led, learning health system (LHS) data platform. Real-world data from long-term care (LTC) are integrated to support continuous quality improvement and innovation for LTC residents and workers.
We’re bringing partners together to transform long-term care home data into insights that elevate care, strengthen systems, and support healthier aging
