Kishwara Sadia

Kishwara Sadia is the Data Integration Manager for OnSPARK (Ontario Supporting Partnerships to Advance Care and Knowledge in Long-Term Care).

Working with the OnSPARK team, she is advancing how long-term care data is ingested, processed, and delivered - modernizing the platform into a secure, automated, database-driven pipeline. She architects the data pipeline that shapes incoming data into reliable, portal-ready information. She also builds the applications that power the team's data workflows, and safeguards data integrity through automated database and end-to-end testing.

Kishwara holds a bachelor's degree and a Master of Science in Computer Science, along with a Master of Science in eHealth from McMaster University.

She began her career with nearly four years as a software engineer working on electronic health record (EHR) systems before joining OnSPARK, combining an engineering foundation with health-informatics expertise.

She has also been appointed sessional faculty in McMaster University's eHealth MSc program, teaching eHealth 757: Modern Software Technology for eHealth.
