Hanna Tilahun Solomon
Hanna Tilahun Solomon is a Research Assistant supporting Dr. Chi-Ling Joanna Sinn’s work at McMaster University. She assists with research examining structural inequities in Ontario’s residential care facilities and housing policies, contributing to projects focused on integrated health systems and community-based approaches. Her interests lie in advancing equity-driven health research that bridges policy, lived experience, and system-level change.
Hanna holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from McMaster University and is beginning her Master of Science in Global Health. She has also supported qualitative projects on digital mental health accessibility, aging in equity-deserving communities, and child emotion regulation, reflecting her commitment to inclusive and socially responsive research.
