Dr. Jones’ Work in Integrated Care
“ We all know the population is aging rapidly and there's not enough spaces in long term care homes to house people that have ongoing care needs. So we need to be evaluating and implementing innovative models of care that can support older olds to stay home efficiently and at scale. And there's a lot of ideas out there, whether it's home based primary care, community paramedicine models, remote care monitoring programs, or some combination of any of those. There are great opportunities to use real world data to evaluate these types of programs.”
