Aysha Tayab-Rätsep

Research Communications Specialist

Aysha Tayab-Rätsep has been the Centre for Integrated Care’s Research Communications Specialist since 2025. She supports the team by creating and disseminating tailored knowledge products that enhance CIC’s brand presence and reach across diverse audiences, including researchers, health system leaders, and community partners. With an educational and professional background in gerontology, anthropology, and public relations, and a lived experience in caregiving for a young child with special needs, she brings a creative, enthusiastic, and empathetic approach to storytelling and supporting knowledge mobilization to make research objectives and findings accessible and meaningful. Aysha works across multiple teams and projects to develop, implement, and amplify communication campaigns that support the Centre for Integrated Care’s overall growth and development.
